Each individual may hold only one active toto12 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending bonuses or winnings.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Processing times and minimum amounts apply per channel.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable turnover condition has been fully satisfied. Misuse results in bonus forfeiture.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. toto12 will never request your password via email, chat, or phone. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of system errors, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
Access to toto12 is restricted to adults aged 21 years or older. By creating an account, You represent and warrant that You are at least 21 years of age. toto12 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where this requirement is not satisfied.

You agree to keep all registration information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and recovery of any funds paid out in error.
Each individual may hold only one active account on the toto12 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your username and password. You must not disclose Your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through Your Account will be Your sole responsibility. toto12 will never proactively contact You to request Your password, PIN, or security phrase through any communication channel.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. toto12 reserves the right to levy a dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 per month against dormant accounts with a positive balance, or to close such accounts after prior written notice to the registered email address.
toto12 is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawal requests or as directed by compliance obligations. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents:
Failure to provide the requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request being issued may result in suspension of withdrawal rights, restriction of the Account, or permanent closure at toto12's discretion. toto12 accepts no liability for any losses arising from delays in verification caused by a Member's failure to cooperate.
toto12 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment channel. Current minimum thresholds are displayed on the deposit page within Your Account. toto12 reserves the right to update minimum deposit amounts at any time with or without prior notice.
Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to Your toto12 balance within 2–10 minutes during Indonesian banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally instant. Deposits made outside standard banking hours (including national public holidays) may experience processing delays. toto12 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party financial insti tutions, including bank system maintenance windows.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or methods that are registered in Your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Where toto12 identifies a third-party funding source, the deposit will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Where a cryptocurrency deposit is made, the IDR equivalent will be calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. toto12 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiation and confirmation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to channel availability. toto12 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.
The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Requests submitted outside banking hours, during national public holidays in Indonesia, or during scheduled system maintenance may take up to 24 hours to process. toto12 will notify Members of any material delays via the registered email address.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the withdrawal section of Your Account. toto12 reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal verification steps for amounts exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw before meeting the turnover condition will result in the forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within Your Account balance display.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on toto12 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for the matters they address, and these general terms shall govern all other matters.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period will be displayed on the promotion detail page. Bets placed on games excluded from the wagering requirement will not contribute to turnover calculations.
Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per eligible Member, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. toto12 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe this policy has been circumvented.
Bonus funds that remain unused or for which the wagering requirement has not been satisfied within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
toto12 actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk exposure, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where abuse is identified, toto12 reserves the right to void all bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close the Account without prior notice.
toto12 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where the bet is placed at odds that were published in error, where the event outcome is already known at the time of placement, or where the stake exceeds applicable bet limits for that market or Member tier.
All sports markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup qualification matches — are governed by toto12's Sports Betting Rules, available within the Help section of the Platform. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, applicable rules for void bets and settlement timelines will apply as stated in those rules.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are sourced from the official draw outcomes of the respective markets (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and others). toto12 accepts no responsibility for any discrepancy between results published on the Platform and results published by the originating draw authority where such discrepancy is outside toto12's reasonable control.
Live casino games are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a game disconnection during a live round, the hand or spin outcome will be determined according to the studio's published disconnection policy. toto12 will communicate the outcome to the Member once the studio's system confirms the result.
All slot and random number generator (RNG) games available on toto12 use certified and independently audited RNG systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system fault that results in an incorrect odds display, incorrect game outcome, or erroneous payout, toto12 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Member's Account. toto12 is not obligated to honor payouts generated as a direct result of a confirmed system error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the toto12 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:
toto12 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toto12's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
toto12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to Your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if toto12 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
toto12 is not responsible for the conduct, availability, or reliability of any third-party payment provider, game studio, or data provider integrated into the Platform. Any dispute arising from a third-party service must be raised with that third party directly, though toto12 will provide reasonable cooperation in facilitating resolution where possible.
toto12 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, You consent to the collection and processing of Your personal data as described in that policy.

You may request the closure of Your Account at any time by contacting toto12 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to You via Your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by You or toto12 — all outstanding bonus funds, unused free spins, and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be voided. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through toto12's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by toto12's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
toto12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file at least 7 calendar days before the amended terms take effect, except where changes are required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction, in which case they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
